Shane Mitchell is an artist who has worked in the UK Games Industry for several years and is now working as a senior lecturer in Games Design and Animation at Leeds Metropolitan University.

With experience of both motion capture and freehand animation, he has worked as an animator on 4 published titles:

DJ Hero, Buzz Monster Rumble, Buzz RoboJam, BBoy (FreeStyleGames) (2005-2008)

..as well as working as an artist creating art and assets for 4 published games titles:

  • Creating art assets for video games - High res sculpting, multi range polygonal modelling, mapping and texturing
  • Experience of FMV work,designing and implementing camera replay systems;
  • Experienced developer with full knowledge of development cycles;
